Reclining Nude
Lisa Carroll | 2025
Acrylic on canvas
16 × 12 inches
Lisa’s Ladies series
A reclining woman stretches across a richly patterned setting of turquoise, deep green, and yellow flowers. Her exaggerated curves, bright yellow hair, and relaxed pose bring humor and personality to this colorful figurative painting.
Part of my ongoing Lisa’s Ladies series, Reclining Nude celebrates taking up space and feeling at home in your own body. Bold patterns and flowing shapes create a playful portrait of a woman enjoying a moment entirely her own.
