Me and the Girls
Lisa Carroll
Mixed media on canvas
48 × 48 inches
Lisa’s Ladies series
Four women gather beneath a sky scattered with stars and a crescent moon. Wide eyes, crooked smiles, and outstretched arms give each figure her own personality, while warm golds, pinks, and earthy browns glow against the textured black background.
Part of my ongoing Lisa’s Ladies series, Me and the Girls celebrates friendship, individuality, and the freedom to be ourselves. A little wild and wonderfully imperfect, these women belong together without needing to be alike.
