Bathing in Thought
Lisa Carroll | 2026
24 × 30 inches Acrylic on Canvas
Lisa’s Ladies series
Soft pink figures rest among rolling sand-colored forms beneath a bright blue sky. A large seated woman anchors the composition, surrounded by smaller figures, drifting white clouds, and lavender shadows.
Part of my ongoing Lisa’s Ladies series, Bathing in Thought explores the quiet feeling of being present in your body while your mind wanders. The simplified, faceless women leave room for viewers to bring their own thoughts and feelings to the scene.
